Complements for municipal administrations

• Review and update the legal bases of municipal by-laws for every 30 units:

• Free training of the administrator of www.leg-em.com to the internal deployment from 5 logins.

2 Conditions of sale

• 1. Price: excluding VAT. VAT 8.1% extra for companies subject to VAT
• 2. Duration and termination of the subscription: The subscription is renewable from year to year, by tacit renewal, unless terminated in writing by either party with 90 days' notice.
• 3. Reserve: The data of www.leg-em.com corresponds to the state of information that we collect from the various official websites with the utmost vigilance.
• Only the following elements are binding:
  The data from the fedlex.admin.ch portal, with the Official Compendium, the Federal Gazette and the Procedures for consultation of federal law;
  The official sites of cantonal legislation and of the lexfind.ch portal of all federal and cantonal legislation;
  European Union law EUR-Lex, various associations and organizations whose public data wwww.leg-em.com collects.
• Glanzware SA cannot be held responsible for missing or partial information, in particular for links that no longer work following the reorganization of the admin.ch website or other sites.
• 4. Improvements: any anomalies or errors reported by the Subscriber will e dealt with as soon as possible;
• 5. Legal monitoring Report: The program's properties allow the Subscriber to track and edit the legislative changes from the 'Date Range' field of the Laws and Order Analysis menu.
• The edition covers one month, up to the desired time range (months), with or without consultations.
• This function is extended to the choice of headings contained in the 'Standards' field of the Analysis menu Laws and ordinance
• 6. Keyword analysis service for acts of Swiss legislation, acts delivered in pdf format.
